psyche & SOMA
INSTITUTE
Depth Psychology • Embodiment • Contemplative Practice

A place for those seeking a deeper relationship with psyche, body, and the unfolding story of their lives.

ABOUT THE INSTITUTE

At Psyche and Soma, we believe lasting transformation occurs when we attend to both the psyche and the body. Insight alone is often not enough, and neither is practice without reflection. Our work brings together depth psychology, contemplative traditions, somatic awareness, and embodied practice to create opportunities for meaningful personal growth. This work offers a rare opportunity to engage personal growth on multiple levels at once—psychological, emotional, relational, embodied, and spiritual—within a community committed to curiosity, self-discovery, and authentic living.

Insight becomes embodied. Meaning becomes lived. Growth becomes transformation.

  • Embodiment Specialist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Therapist offering counseling, yoga therapy, and integrative sessions that gently weave together psychotherapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the wisdom of yoga. My trauma-informed, whole-person approach honors the connection between body, mind, and spirit, supporting those navigating grief, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and life’s uncertainties. I believe healing begins by listening deeply to ourselves, to one another, and to the wisdom held within the body while creating space for a more authentic, wholehearted way of living.
